The Process

USER JOURNEY


Before beginning the design process, it was key to outline the user journey for this application & the possible steps they could take within the app. Mapping it out helped me identify any pain points that may occur in the journey and how to make it a more seamless experience.


LOW FIDELITY WIREFRAME



This was the initial template for our application and helped the team figure out how we wanted to layout this application & make sure it had a clear User Experience. This posed some difficulties because the app has 2 purposes, a ticketing section & a loyalty rewards section.


HIGH FIDELITY WIREFRAME




This was the second layout for our application and what we showed our clients when beginning the process of white labeling. Presenting a basic shell of the design helped the clients understand how the app would be laid out but also gave them creative freedom to offer imput on making it go better with their brand.

This client is a restaurant based in Miami, FL. The focus when designing this white labeled application was to incorporate the brands strong graphic & typeface used for their current website/ menu. This client also wanted to start hosting events at their restaurant so we made sure to include events they were hosting on the main page & also merch & food items that they could unlock.

Loser Club


LC is a WEB3 platform with a huge following. they wanted a platform where they could feature events they were hosting & also the merch/special events they could unlock. What made this client unique is that they also have NFTS so we wanted to make sure there was a section on the app where a users "collectibles" could be stored. Finally, while this client is a WEB3 company they wanted to make sure the app was very easy to use & strayed away from using terminology like NFT, Crypto, etc.

The mission for this design was to feature each location she was going on tour & offer an easy & user friendly way to purchase tickets & track future events. IMPACT

I believe each white labeled application maintains each brands integrity & even elevates each company to a new level with exciting features being offered.
